COURTESY IS NEEDED IN MARKETING







COURTESY AND MARKETING

There was this lady I patronized for the first time, she is by all standard my junior, on getting to her place I greeted her and had a business transaction with her. On another day as I was passing by, I looked at her thinking she would smile at and greet me, but she did none of these.

The thought that came to me is what Brian Tracy said that people can only buy from you if you are friendly or courteous. Do you know that smile and greetings are tools in marketing? I do not see myself buying from someone who is rude. Impossible!
Money is not easy to come by, so I have to give it to deserving folks in exchange for goods and services
I wonder how people can be so unfriendly and want to market their products, so as to achieve result .It is far better to be courteous so as to get more clients and this helps us to consolidate the progress we have made in our marketing efforts
